Extended Holiday Return Policy: In order to accommodate your holiday shopping and gift giving, orders placed after 11/20/18 that are eligible to be returned, may be returned through January 12, 2019, or 30 days from order date - whichever is later. Please see guidelines below on whether the item is eligible for return.

RETURNS: We will gladly accept returns within 30-days of order date on eligible item(s) that are unworn, unwashed, unused, that are neatly folded and in protective packaging. (Before returning, please make sure it is an eligible item - guidelines are below.)
If you would like to make a return, please fill out the form below so we know it's on the way. You do not need to wait for an email response, unless you have a question. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method, less original LWJ shipping costs (if applicable, as orders over $50 ship free. See Swimwear exception below.) Love Winnie James accepts shipping on damaged or defective items if reported within 7 days of receiving. All other return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All international purchases are final. (Anything outside of the USA.)
SALE ITEMS: All marked-down (sale) items are final sale. No exceptions, unless defective. These items are marked with a "Sale." icon in the corner of the listing. Warehouse sales are final. Promotional Doorbusters, *Daily Deals*, *Flash Sale Friday* and *12 Days Promo* items are also final sale. Any other product, if noted with *Final Sale* in listing, is final.
DISCOUNT CODES: If you use a 15% discount code on a full price item, this item is eligible for return. Discount codes used on marked down items are final sale, as above.
SWIM: Swimwear returns are only eligible for shop credit. All swimwear MUST have the sanitary strip still in place and be unused. Items without this are ineligible for return. Returns sent back without the sanitary strip in place will be refused.
SHOES: All shoes must be returned with the original shoebox and shipped in an additional protective box. Shoe box must be free of stickers or labels.
EXCHANGES: Because sizes and styles sell out very quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the size you would like. You can follow the instructions above to return the original item(s) (if eligible) which will then be refunded upon receipt.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Any damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving. Please complete the form below to report damaged item. Return shipping cost will be covered.
